1. The May/June Student of Character traits that we will be focusing on are:   Courage—The ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. –AND- Responsibility—Being accountable. Being willing to be held accountable. The exercise of self-control. Inspiring complete reliability and confidence in one’s truthfulness, integrity and discretion.

Staff members will be looking for either of these character traits in students and nominating for either or both!

2.  High School Students: Please remember— If you want to hang anything in the hallways, including on the bulletin boards, it needs to be cleared through me first and get my initials. If it is not cleared by me, or if I am gone, Mr. Whipple, it should not be put up. No exceptions. Thanks, Mr. Ressel

3.  High School ASB Officer elections will be held on Monday, May 4. If you are an 8th through 11th grader and want to make a difference in your school next year, please run for a SHS ASB office!  Among other requirements, you must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. If interested in running, please pick up a Candidate Form in the high school or middle school office.

Mr. Ressel
