Athletic Paperwork on FinalForms

posted Jul 11, 2018, 4:01 PM by Stefani Kanzler

Introducing FinalForms

We are very excited to announce that the Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. This platform, we believe is much more user-friendly than Skyward for parents and certainly a much more efficient system for our coaches, secretaries and athletic directors. It also allows us to synchronize the information from all schools in our Athletic Combine so that we are mores consistent and more likely to avoid errors

Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms anytime to complete you son's/daughter's athletic paperwork for the entire next year. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”.

Book Fair Time!!!

posted Mar 5, 2018, 12:38 PM by Stefani Kanzler   [ updated Mar 6, 2018, 12:30 PM ]

It is Book Fair time again at Sprague School. It will be going on March 26-29 in the High School Home Ec. Room. The hours are Monday-Wednesday 8am-4pm and Thursday 8am-6pm. The Book Fair will be closed all Friday for clean up.

In years past, it has been our goal to raise enough money so that each of our students can get some free books. If you would like to help us reach this goal again this year please make any donations at the High School Office. Please make checks out to Scholastic Book Fair.

The Book Fair is also run with the help of other outstanding community members that volunteer their time. If you would like to help in this way we are always in need of volunteers. You can sign up at the High School Office or City Hall.

Both of these actions are GREATLY appreciated! However if you can't volunteer time or funds we still hope you swing by! We try to have a little bit of everything for all ages!

What you can't find at our Book Fair, maybe you'll have better luck with our Online Book Fair. This is something that Scholastic Offers to work side by side with the on-site Book Fair. From March 21st-April 10th you can parooze a much larger catalog of books Online. Items purchased will be ship to the school for pick up. The best part? Shipping is FREE! And any money spent at the Online Book Fair still benefits our school.

I do have to make one sad announcement. In years past it has been a Buy One, Get One Free Book Fair. Unfortunately Scholastic isn't offering this option anymore to schools who only have 1 Book Fair a school year. However Scholastic still offers amazing deals on great quality books.

We hope you join us for another amazing Book Fair! See you then!

If you have any questions please feel free to contact Stefani Kanzler at 257-2511 or at

You can also sign up on this calendar.
