We have already reached the halfway point to the school year, with the first semester ending on January 23rd.

There was no school on January 16th due to Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The middle school and high school winter concert had to be cancelled on January 18th and rescheduled for January 24th.  This was due to Sprague and Lamont Schools closing due to the weather.

On January 27th we had our 2nd quarter attendance party.  Just as a reminder, students qualify for this party if they achieve at least a 95% attendance rate.

There will also be no school on February 20th due to Presidents’ Day.

The Bi-County Music Festival is scheduled for March 13th at the INB Performing Arts Center in Spokane.  Rehearsals are scheduled on March 1st and 8th.

It has been a very interesting winter so far, with Sprague and Lamont Schools having several late starts and 2 closures due to inclement weather.  As of now, we will use March 3rd and June 9th to make up these missed days.  Hopefully, we will not have to close again this winter.
